Kettles

One of the largest groups of failures, often dropped or flooded with water the insulation gets damaged and the body of the kettle gets damaged

Flat or Steam irons

These are probably the most common sources of failure, as before dropping and damage, water leakage and twisted and broken cables are the most common faults.

Microwaves

Rare for these to fail electrically, however they often fail on leakage, especially around the door seal and sometimes on the interlock .

We do repair faulty items

Simple repairs, for example a replacement fuse, re tightening the cable grip, etc., will be carried out free of charge during testing, more complex repairs may need a further visit or to take the item away to our workshop.
